How long does shipping take?
Standard US shipping takes 5β10 business days. Express shipping (3β5 business days) is available for $12.99. All orders are processed within 1β2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All US orders over $30 ship free. Orders under $30 have a flat $4.99 shipping fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes β we ship to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. International delivery takes 7β15 business days.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships (usually within 1β2 business days of ordering). Most orders can be tracked at 17track.net.

What is your return policy?
We offer hassle-free 30-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Email us at techtiktakshop@gmail.com to start a return.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged β what do I do?
Email us at techtiktakshop@gmail.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund β no need to return the damaged item.

Are your products compatible with my phone?
Most of our accessories are universal β check the product listing for specific compatibility details. Our wireless chargers work with any Qi-enabled device. Our car mounts fit phones 2.2" to 3.7" wide.
Are these OEM/original Apple or Samsung parts?
No β our products are high-quality third-party accessories, not OEM. They're designed to work with major phone brands at a fraction of the retail price.
Do your wireless chargers work with MagSafe?
Yes β our 3-in-1 and 6-in-1 charging stations are Qi-compatible and work with MagSafe-enabled iPhones (iPhone 12 and newer).

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Email techtiktakshop@gmail.com immediately β after 12 hours, your order may already be in processing.
I entered the wrong shipping address β can I change it?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
